Plot
Ashok Raj (Dileep) is a lawyer who also has a passion for drama and wants to become a famous director. He gets an opportunity to direct a play for a rich businessman in Chennai, but he faces many hurdles from his rival Babu Raj (Biju Menon), who is also a lawyer and a drama director. Ashok Raj decides to take revenge on Babu Raj by exposing his illegal activities in court.
Meanwhile, Ashok Raj meets Raja Mallika (Khushboo), a wealthy widow who owns a chain of hotels and resorts. She lives with her two daughters Raja Lakshmi (Sanusha) and Raja Kokila (Sheela), who are also widows. They have a strong hatred towards men and believe they can manage their business and lives without them. They also have a loyal servant Chantha Hamsa (Suraj Venjaramoodu), who secretly loves Raja Kokila.
Ashok Raj impresses Raja Mallika with his wit and charm and becomes her legal advisor. He also helps her in solving some of her business problems and wins her trust. He then tries to woo Raja Lakshmi, who is initially reluctant but gradually falls for him. However, Raja Mallika and Raja Kokila are not happy with their relationship and try to separate them.
Ashok Raj also discovers that Raja Mallika's late husband had another wife named Bhavani Amma (Kaviyoor Ponnamma), who lives in a village with her son Ramakrishnan (Saikumar) and daughter-in-law Mallika (Lakshmipriya).
