The Leadership Diploma

Pr-requisite compulsory subjects include:
Mathematics (8 Credit),
English Language (5 Credits),
Social Sciences and Humanities (Life, Knowledge, Action 8 credits)

Motivational map profiling assessment.
Motivational Maps combine Maslow's hierarchy of needs with the Enneagram (Defining True Personalities) and Edgars Schien's career anchors (Dealing with competence, motives and values) to deliver a strong and accurate account of where the 'energies and emotions' are being directed and how strong they are on a individual, team and at organisational level.

The disciplines of coaching, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and meta Models are integrated into the training process. While the training empowers with information and knowledge, the coaching approach encourges application and guarantees transformational change.
